Rolf Elgeti

Since November 2014, Rolf Elgeti has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TAG Immobilien AG.

From 2009 until 2014, Rolf Elgeti served as Chairman and CEO of the TAG Immobilien AG Group, after having sat on the company’s Supervisory Board from October 2008. 

Prior to this, he worked for many years as an analyst and equity strategist in the UK - including as Chief Strategist for ABN AMRO - and has excellent knowledge of the capital markets. Parallel to these activities, he founded and managed real estate investment companies as an independent businessman.
Mr. Elgeti holds a degree in business administration and lives in Potsdam with his family.

Andreas Fay

Prof Andreas-Norbert Fay is the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Fay Projects GmbH, a leading real estate developer in Germany. The company was founded over 50 years ago and has completed projects with a total development cost in excess of €3 billion. In addition, Prof Fay serves as an Honorary Professor at the University of Heidelberg (School of Engineering and Architecture).

Since 1998, Prof Fay has been the sole Managing Partner of all entities within the Fay Group of Companies. Between 2001 and 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer of Fay Management Holding AG and Fay Projects GmbH. Prof Fay currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fay Projects GmbH. 

Prof Fay completed his law studies at the universities of Heidelberg, Lausanne and Mainz (second legal state examination). In addition, he graduated from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Immobilienökonom).

Michael Kovacs

Michael Kovacs is the co-founder of Castleforge Partners, a London based investment fund specialising in UK commercial property. Castleforge focuses on value creation through an active asset management strategy and full vertical integration.‎ Since its founding, the platform has closed over 20 transactions across many major asset classes and the current fund has raised in excess of £240 million from its Limited Partners. 

Prior to founding Castleforge in 2010, Michael worked in the London office of global property investment fund Westbrook Partners, where he was involved in over $3 billion of transactions throughout Europe and Asia across a diverse range of real estate investment types and asset classes. Michael began his career in New York at the Blackstone Group, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions across several different industries.  

Michael graduated summa cum laude with an economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania.


John Nacos

John Nacos

John Nacos is a member of the Supervisory Board of CA Immo AG and sits on the Board of Directors of O1 Properties and CR Investment Management.

John Nacos was the Global Head of the Commercial Real Estate Group for Deutsche Bank, where he oversaw a balance sheet of $50 billion. He held various positions at Deutsche Bank including Head of Commercial Real Estate for the Americas and Asia, Head of Commercial Real Estate for Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as Global Head of the Real Estate Special Situations Group.

Prior to this, he worked at Merrill Lynch for 11 years where he established and managed Merrill Lynch's mortgage financing, opportunistic real estate and MBS/ABS trading activities in Europe.


Rainer Thaler

Rainer Thaler

Rainer Thaler is Managing Director of Investa Holding GmbH, a leading German development and asset management platform that was founded in 1972. Investa completed in excess of €5 billion of transactions over the last 10 years.

Between 2006 and 2012, Mr Thaler was Managing Director of GE Capital Real Estate Germany and oversaw a portfolio of c. $4 billion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Prior to that, Rainer Thaler was Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Management Committee at Sireo Real Estate Asset Management GmbH.‎ He also held various senior positions at Deutsche Telekom/DeTe Immobilien.

Rainer Thaler studied law at the universities of Würzburg, Bonn and Berlin and completed a postgraduate program of Deutsche Telekom at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz.
